Project Background
Lunabets is revolutionising the sports betting industry by harnessing the power of DeFi and allowing users to place bets on-chain through a fully automated, trustless and non-custodial platform.
Lunabets brought us in for our extensive experience with designing highly transactional betting user interfaces - we supported their team in building out a scalable design system from scratch that merges traditional sports betting and Web 3.0 crypto trading platforms.
Collaborating closely with Lunabets we worked to design out an MVP design system initially that provided them with multi-purpose market templates.
We also designed out the core trunk navigation of the sportsbook and a full betslip to cater for on-chain bets to be placed.
Following the MVP phase of design, we continued to build on core designs to grow the platform along with enhancing brand look and feel whilst adding richer features that make Lunabets a more sticky proposition for users.
Delivery wise, we worked with third-party partners to manage the effective delivery of the design guidance provided by us as a team. We did this by running our signature playbook alongside using project and task management tools, such as Trello and Nifty. Where required we provided written requirements and QA.
As part of this project we also collaborated with the Lunabets team to build out plans for gamification and rewards structures.

We also provided support to the LunaFi side of the business to help guide delivery of final designs to the applicable dev teams to get the LFI IDO live.
